Ingredients

    1 large can kidney beans
    1 small can corn
    1 small can chick peas

    Season as liked

    Suggested:
    garlic
    italian seasoning

Tips

Can do this recipe with most any canned beans or cooked beans from dried. Most of the time, depending on what you add, this can be served chilled or warm as a side.


Directions

Drain corn and chick peas and put in bowl. Drain just water from kidney beans, leaving behind thicker liquid. Mix in bowl and add spices. Chill.

Serving Size: Makes 7 Cups. Serving size 1/2 cup.
