Ingredients

    Apples (1 wedge)
    1 tsp. Nut butter
    1 Tbsp. oats (dry)
    1 tsp. milled flax
    1 tsp. chocolate syrup

Tips

Use your favorite apple. Use any variation of nut butter (ie Nutella would be delicious and you wouldn't need the syrup).


Directions

Slice apple. Mix oats with flax. Spread nut butter on apple. Dip or sprinkle in oats/flax mixture. Lightly drizzle with chocolate syrup.
