Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower florets
1 can (14oz) lite coconut milk
1 can (14oz) chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup frozen peas (or any desired mixed variation)
Coriander to taste
Curry to taste
Optional: hot chilli garlic sauce to taste
Directions
Combine all, stir and cook on medium high heat for 10 mins or until cauliflower is of desired texture. I prefer mine not mushy or soft; just 'done.'
