    3-4 Boneless Pork Chops, 12 oz approx. total weight
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    1/4 C Italian Herb Panko Bread Crumbs
    1 tsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
    2 TBSP Onion, Chopped
    1/4 C Mushrooms Chopped
    1/4 Green Pepper


I just wet the pork chops as apposed to using the egg that the package of Panko suggests to make it less fattening.


Warm Olive Oil in a Skillet. Cut up onion, mushroom, and green pepper. Saute until slightly soft then push up on edge of pan so they stay warm without over cooking. Wet Pork Chops with water and coat with Panko and Ranch Dressing Mix, place in skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes on each side depending on thickness of Pork Chops. Serve with your choice of vegetables.
