    1 cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk (Original)
    2 scoops Chocolate Designer Whey fit and trim

Tips

-Vanilla protein powder is equally as good.
-Put it in a blender with 6-8 ice cubes to make it a frosty shake. This also stretches the serving size to make it 1.5-2 cups per serving.
