Ingredients

sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 sherry
1/4 honey
1/4 cup lime/lemon juice
to taste: garlic, ginger, chili sauce, pepper,
veggies:
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup orange bell peppers
1/2 cup bok choi
1/4 cup onion or shallot
Meat:
1 1/4 lbs tilapia
5 oz shrimp(cooked, deveined and pealed)
1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms
Tortilla:
La Tortilla Factory, Garlic & Herb Low Carb Tortilla
Reduction:
to left over sauce add
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp wasabi powder
1 tbsp lime/lemon juice
Directions
mix all sauce components together and stir well
Meat:
put tilapia in frying pan and just cover with sauce
allow to marinade for 15-20 min
cook on med-high heat until tilapia flakes
flake apart fish with a fork and add shrimp and mushrooms
simmer until shrimp and mushrooms are warm
Veggies:
mix veggies in small frying pan -
spoon 4-5 tbsp over veggies
steam over med-low heat until desired texture
Reduction:
add honey, soy, juice, garlic, wasabi and ginger to remaining sauce
simmer over med-low heat until slightly thick
Tacos,
into tortilla
add measure of fish/shrimp/mushrooms
add measure of veggies
drizzle on 1-2 tsp reduction
sprinkle with chow mein noodles
enjoy!
