Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup low fat milk
    75g flora ultra marg
    2 cups plain flour
    4 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup sugar
    1tsp cinnamon
    1 cup dried fruit/peel
    50ml rum

Tips

Muffins wil only need 20 minutes max


Directions

Soak the fruit in the rum,
melt the marg in the milk, add to dry ingrdients with the soaked fruit and stir till mixed together.
Put the mixture into a lined loaf tin or into a 12 hole patty tin lined with cupcake cases.
Bake 180c

Serving Size: makes cake or 12 muffins
