Introduction

Ingredients

    1lb lean 93/7 ground beef
    1/3 cup egg substitute such as Egg Beaters
    1/3 cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/3 cup Marinara Sauce
    Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, to taste
    3 T Parmesan Cheese

Tips

Put the mini loaves on paper towels after taking out of the oven, to remove more fat.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together
Add enough of mixture to come to top of muffin cup
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 T on each mini loaf
