    2 tablespoons of mayo
    2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
    1 hard boiled egg chopped
    1 scallion chopped
    1 teaspoon mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

boil egg hard peel and chop
mix all ingredients together chill and serve
