Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Butter
    4 Cups Chicken Broth
    1 Cup Tomato Sauce
    2 Cups Uncooked Brown Rice
    Spices to Taste - Garlic, Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Heat Butter in Pan
Add Rice
Brown
Add Chicken Broth, Tomato Sauce and Spices
Bring to Boil
Stir, turn down heat, and cover.
Simmer for 45 minutes until liquid is gone and rice is soft.
