This is a FABULOUS P90X recipe. We had it last night for the first time and the pork flavor was incredible!! I cooked it in a pyrex baking dish in the oven for 1 hour covered in foil. When I pulled it out, I sliced the meat in the pyrex dish and let the slices soak up some of the juice. YUMMY! - 4/25/08

Good recipe. I didn't give it 5 stars because I reserve that for WOW recipes. I browned it as the recipe said, then baked at 350 for 50 minutes, and it was very moist. We liked it, and didn't think it was spicy-hot at all. May add cayenne next time! - 8/25/10

How delicious was THAT! We loved it. I made it for my hubby and my one year old son. We will definitely be having it again. I cooked mine for 30 minutes, then put foil over top and dropped the temp to 325 for another 12-15 minutes. Served it with rice pilaf and broccoli. Very yummy! - 8/23/10
