Ingredients

    6 cups water
    the peel of one orange
    8 cardomon pods
    10 whole cloves
    1 tsp whole fennel seeds
    .25 c sliced fresh ginger root
    4 tsp black tea (or 2 bags)
    2 cup unsweetened soy milk

Tips

I also like to add a third of a cup of splenda to the entire recipe for a sweet drink. Drink from a pretty cup.


Directions

In a large pot, put water. Place on burner on high. Peel orange into water, slice ginger into water. Crush spices and add to pot. Bring to boil then simmer for five minutes. Add black tea (leaves or bags). Let steep 5 minutes. Add soymilk.
