Ingredients

1 Can of Pillsbury original flaky Grands. (8)
9 oz. cooked , boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
I cup of fresh spinach, stems removed, torn
4 large white mushrooms, chopped
I large slice of onion, chopped
1 tsp of oil
4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese , (4 slices) halved
3 oz. softened, low - fat cream cheese (about 8 TBLS)
Salt & Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste
flour and a rolling pin to flatten Grands.
Tips
*Place spinach leaves from center toward end of circle. You will be folding this dough in half to form a half circle. You can brush the tops of the pockets with melted butter to get a golden color.
Directions
Place oil in pan, and heat over med. heat. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cover and cook 10 min. Turn chicken breast and add chopped mushrooms and chopped onion. Cook till done. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Set mushrooms and onions on paper towel to drain.
Lightly flour surface. roll out each Grand to make a large circle. * Place spinach leaves on flattened Grand. Layer 1/2 oz (1/2 slice) of pepper jack cheese, 1.2 oz. shredded chicken, 1 TBLS of chopped mushroom and onion mixture, and 1 TBLS of cream cheese. Fold over the top of the Grand and seal the edges of the Grand. This should look like a sealed taco. Pierce the top of the Grand with a fork to let steam escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 Mins.
