Ingredients

    1 cup almond flour
    100 gram sour cream
    1/2 tsp himalayan pink sea salt
    garlic salt
    chopped chives

Tips

Add any flavourings: rosemary and sea salt, pesto, olives, mustard and paprika, etc.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Roll out thinly between two layers of baking paper. Remove top layer. Cut into squares with pastry cutter. Bake for 50min on 100 degrees C until golden brown.
