Ingredients

1 C. whole milk
2 C. heavy whipping cream
2 T. Vanilla
1/2 C. sugar (any kind you like)
1 C. chopped pecans, toasted
2 C. mini marshmallows
Tips
You can brown in the pecans in butter.
Be sure you freeze the ice cream maker container at least 24 hours. Also refrigerate the unfrozen ice cream mixture. I use organic dairy ingredients.
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the nuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate for about 24 hours
Pour into frozen ice cream maker container and process/freeze for about 15 minutes, put in the nuts and marshmallows for about 5 minutes.
Pour into 4 oz plastic containers or into a larger container that will hold the contents of the freezer.
Serving Size: 4 ounces
