My husband loves these! They're an excellent treat for people watching their sugar intake. To make these completely sugar free, use a sugar free or grain-sweetened chocolate chip. Ingredients

1 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 small banana, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Heat up apple juice concentrate and margarine until warm, blend with wire whisk. Add banana and vanilla and blend. Gradually add dry ingredient to wet and stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F for 9-10 minutes. Makes a soft cookie, great with skim milk!
