    1 15.5 oz can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    .75 cup cooked brown rice
    .5 Bell Pepper, Green, diced
    1 sweet yellow onion, diced
    2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Cook the onion, garlic and peppers until soft in a frying pan. Add the beans and rice and cook until heated through. Remove from heat and mash the mixture with a potato masher until you can form patties. Cook until heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Burgers
