Ingredients

    5 oz. albacore white tuna in water (drained)
    2 tbsp. minced red onion
    1 tbsp. minced celery
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    2 tsp. fresh chopped cilantro leaves
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. sea salt

Tips

You can substitute the tuna for cooked shrimp, cooked crab, or raw ahi tuna. Your nutritional facts will change, so be sure to note that.


Directions


Combine ingredients together in a medium bowl. Taste and add more lime juice or salt as desired. Spoon mixture into a martini or margarita glass. Garnish with a slice of lime or sprig of cilantro.
