Ingredients

4 Cups oats (gluten free or regular)
1 C shredded coconut
1 C buckwheat groats
1/3 C whole flax seed
1/3 C whole millet grain
1/3 C whole quinoa grain
1/3 C brown sugar
1/3 C coconut or canola oil
1/3 C honey
1 tsp vanilla
Tips
1 cup is a large serving for this granola. It is very filling. Nuts can substitute in the groats, or other small grains
Directions
stir together dry ingredients and mix well
add in wet and mix until all dry is covered
divide evenly between two 9x13 pans and back at 285 F for 60-80 minutes - until golden brown - stirring every 20 minutes
lay out to cool on parchment or freezer paper - store in air tight container
