Ingredients

    1.5 cups of quick oats
    1 cup of canned pumpkin
    3 cups of water
    3 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
    Dash of salt

Tips

You can add extra stir-ins for added flavor or nutrition. Great additions would be nuts, dried fruit, or using milk instead of water.


Directions

Bring three cups of water with a dash of salt to a boil. Add the pumpkin and stir. Pour in the 1.5 cups of oats. Let boil for 1 minute then reduce heat to medium high for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy now or let cool and refrigerate for tomorrow's breakfast.
