    1/2 potato sliced
    8-10 spears of asparagus
100 grams of black olives sliced
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil

    1/2 tsp basil
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Parchment Paper or Aluminum Foil

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cut a large piece of Parment Paper or Aluminum Foil.
2. Lay Tilapia Filet in the center of the parchment paper.
3. Layer the lemon, onion, potato, asparagus, black olives on top of the tilapia filet. (Tomato works as well).
4. Sprinkle the olive oil, garlic, and seasonings on top.

    Very Good
I'm always a fan of fish. I didn't make it exactly like this recipe says but it was the starting point and we were well pleased. - 3/9/09
