Ingredients

    ##Butter, salted, 1 cup
    ##Leeks, 1 cup ##Boiled potatoes, 6 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere)
    ##Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)
    ##Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl. oz.)
    ##Corn Starch, 15 grams

Directions

melt butter add leeks
cook until soft
add cornstarch in chicken broth
add to leeks bring to a boil
add potatoes and cream
let simmer for 30mins or until potatoes are cook to your liking.
