Ingredients

    1.25 pounds extra lean ground beef
    2 28 oz. cans of diced tomatoes, no salt added
    1 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
    1 can of peaches and cream corn
    1 19 oz can of black beans, rinsed
    2 14 ox cans of kidney beans, rinsed
    2 sweet peppers (red, yellow, orange)
    chili powder to taste
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef, drain fat, if any. Add canned tomatoes and beans (and a splash of red wine!). Add peppers, onions and seasonings, to taste. Let simmer on low for a couple of hours and enjoy!

Makes approximately 20 one cup servings.
