    2 1/2 c Honeyville blanched almond flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 T refined coconut oil, melted
    2T unsalted butter, melted
    1 large egg
    6T Torani Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Syrup
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 c Lily's Dark Chocolate No Sugar Added chocolate chips


I used a silicone mat. These will not melt from a ball shape into a cookie like traditional cookies will. You will have to press them into a cookie shape before baking.


Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix melted oil and butter together and mix with other wet ingredients. Add to dry ingredients. Fold in chips. Refrigerate dough for at least 15 mins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins or until brown.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 cookies, rounded 1 T dough for each
