Ingredients

    1/2 c. brown rice (uncooked)
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    6 large scallions
    7 grams Almond Accents (any flavor, optional)

Tips

Finely chopped celery cooked quickly also works well in this recipe.


Directions

Cook mushrooms and rice until rice is soft. Slice scallions, heat quickly in a small amount of butter with almonds. Mix with rice and enjoy.
