Some people like to slice up the banana and include it on the sandwich but I don't like it. Ingredients

    1 Slice of Arnold Double Protein Whole Grain Bread
    1 Tbsp of Honey
    1.5 Tbsp of Smart Balance Omega Creamey Natural Peanut Butter

    and a toaster of some sort.... and a butter knife.

Directions

1. Toast the bread.
2. Spread on the PB and Honey.
3. Fold the slice in half.
4. Eat and enjoy!
