1 cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder (Muscle Milk chocolate)
Tips
Excluding the protein powder reduces the calories significantly and doesn't make the recipe any less filling, you're just compromising the protein boost.
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the banana in a container and let sit overnight. In the morning, add the banana and process via a hand mixer or blender.
