Ingredients

    1 onion, grated,
    4 ripe tomatoes, grated.
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Stir the sugar into the grated tomato.

heat a skillet and spray with non stick spray. Gently fry the grated onion till it is almost dry. Then add the tomato mixture and salt. Turn the heat and continue stirring till you have a nice smooth sauce - about 10 minutes
