Ingredients

    *2 skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
    *half of a red and green bell pepper sliced into strips
    * small onion chopped
    *fajita seasoning mix (make as directed)
    *sour cream (optional)
    *portabella mushrooms diced (optional)
    * flour or wheat tortillas

Directions

brown chicken-set aside
in same pan brown onion and bell peppers (add 1 tbsp oil if need or spray with pam
add fajita mix and chicken back into pan- simmer as directed on packet
add mushrooms

simmer 5 more minutes and serve on flour tortillas
