Ingredients

    *Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, 13.25 oz
    *Campbells 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Condensed Soup, 2.5 cup
    *Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless (1 breast 236g), 2 serving
    *Archer Farms organic broccoli florets frozen, 4 cup
    *Crackers, Reduced Fat Ritz - Nabisco (5 crackers), 2 serving
    *Kraft Medium Cheddar Cheese-shredded, 4 oz
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.
Thaw broccoli florets.
Prepare rotini according to package directions.
Cut chicken breast into cubes and brown in medium size pan on stovetop in cooking spray.
Mix chicken, rotini, broccoli, broccoli and cheese soup, and shredded cheddar cheese and place in 13x9 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Crumble crackers and spread over top.
Melt butter and spread evenly over top of crackers.
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
