Introduction

This is a meal replacement smoothie perfect all day, after a good workout or even a late night snack substitution. This is a meal replacement smoothie perfect all day, after a good workout or even a late night snack substitution.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
    1 cup Mixed Frozen Fruit
    2 Baby Carrots
    1 cup Frozen Spinach
    2 tbsp Dry Oatmeal
    1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 tbsp Honey
    1/2 cup Coconut Water
    1/4 cup Orange Juice
    1/2 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk

Tips

Vanilla Coconut milk can be substituted for regular coconut milk, any almond milk, soy milk or 2% milk.
Can be frozen to make delicious fruit pops or sorbets.


Directions

Mix all ingredient together in a blender or nutri/ninja bullet cup.
Blend until all ingredients are fused
