Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 Whole Avocado
    2 Fresh Pears - cored
    2 Bananas
    1.5 Cups of Orange Juice
    1.5 - 2 Cups Fresh Spinach

    1 Blender or Food Processor

    Set of 8 Ice-Cream Molds
    or Cups with Ice-Cream Sticks

Tips

Running mold/cup under warm water will help loosen Frozen Pop from mold. or you can line mold with plastic wrap before adding mixture.


Directions

1. Put Spinach and OJ in a blender or food processor and blend/chop until all spinach is creamy.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to your spinach and OJ mixture.
3. Blend/Chop until mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
4. Put 3/4 cup of mixture into Pop Mold or cup with a Ice-cream stick.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, remove from mold or cup, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 8 to 9 (3/4 cup servings)
