Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 TBSP coconut flour
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp baking soda
    2 TBSP milk- any kind- I use almond milk
    pinch of sea salt

can add herbs etc to change flavor according to sandwich


Directions

mix above ingredients and let stand about 2 minutes then cook on griddle like pancake with butter on griddle.After making flatbreads can make into grilled cheese sandwich or your own fixings. butter and grill.
