Ingredients

    450g ground turkey
    450g ground beef
    329g minced carrots
    500g minced onions
    2tbsp butter
    one head cauliflower

Directions

brown beef, add minced onions, minced carrots cook until veggies are soft.

Meanwhile boil the cauliflower until it is soft enough to mash, mash the cauliflower.

put the beef into a baking pan, spreading it into an even layer. Spread the mashed cauliflower on top of the ground beef, spread the cheese on top of the cauliflower.

Bake the pie for 20min at 350C until the cheese makes a nice crust on top.

Serve and enjoy.
