Ingredients

    4 oz chopped pecans
    12 T Just Fruit Preserves
    2 large eggs
    2 cups old fashion rolled oats
    10 pitted dated chopped
    8 oz unsweetened applesauce
    1 t vanilla
    2 t baking soda

Tips

Wrap individual pieces and refrigerate or freeze. Can reheat in microwave or eat cold. Very hearty and nutritious meal. I have 1 piece of bread with non fat Greek vanilla yogurt for a complete and healthy breakfast.


Directions

Beat all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour until lightly brown and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and cut into 8 pieces.
