    1 -whole pack sugar free cheese cake jello pudding
    1/3tb -baking powder
    2tbsp -spenda brow sugar blend
    6 -packets of truvia
    2 -egg whites
    1tsp -lemon juice
    1/4c -sugar free maple syrup
    1/2c -US almond milk
    1 -whole can of pumpkin puree

    dash of
    - cinnamon
    -nutmag
    -pumpkin pie spice

Tips

top with cinnamon sugar. fold in chocolate chips. anything you choose to add would be great. i top a slice with coolwhip,


Directions

- combine dry ingredients { oats, pudding powder, brown sugar, baking powder, splenda, cinnamon ,nutmeg, pumpkin pie}
-add all other ingredients
