Ingredients

    2 X 398 ml cans of coconut milk
    1 3/4 cups sugar
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 cup mint leaf
    1/2 cup dairy and soy free chocolate chips

Tips

You can make this without an ice cream maker, but you have to take it out of the freezer and stir vigorously about every 1/2 hour for 3 hours.


Directions

Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Pour into ice cream maker.
When ice cream maker is finished, pour into a freezable container and place in freezer to solidify (about 2-3 hours).


Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings, or about 6 cups.
