Introduction

This is one healthy muffin and only 90 calories. This is one healthy muffin and only 90 calories.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c whole grain flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 c + 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1 large egg white
    2 tbsp non-fat greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp Flax seed meal
    2 Tbsp Honey
    !/2 c + 2 Tbsp unsweetened Almond milk
    1 c fresh blackberries

Directions

M ix 1st four dry ingredients. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients except milk and berries in separate bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, just till mixed. Add milk, mix , then gently fold in berries.
Evenly distribute batter between 12 muffin tins. Do not use papers, will stick.
