Ingredients

    Swiss Chard, 2 cup
    *Spinach, 2 cup
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Baby Carrots, raw, 10 large
    Apple, Gala (medium), 2 serving
    Pineapple, fresh, 1 cup, diced
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp
    Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice, 8 fl oz, 1 serving
    Beets, fresh, 1 cup

Tips

Blend orange juice, fruit and ginger first. Add leafy vegetables at the end.

Blend everything in blender.
