Ingredients

    1 19 oz can black beans
    3 eggs
    1/3 c butter. Melted
    1/4 c cocoa powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/3 c coconut/palm sugar
    1/3 c stevia in the raw

Directions

Put all ingredients into food processor. Blend as smooth as possible. Spoon into greased mini cupcake pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20 min. Or 8x8 square pan for 40-50 min
