6 large eggs
6 oz. Fricks extra Lean ham
6 slices Sargento reduced fat Swiss cheese
3/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
1 cup spinach, frozen, moisture squeezed out
1/4 tsp fresh nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black or white pepper
2 tsp. Brummell and Brown spread.
Directions
Spray a 9" pie pan with vegetable spray.
Sauté onion in Brummell and Brown until soft and translucent.
Layer onions, ham, cheese and spinach in pie pan.
Beat eggs until frothy. Add evaporated milk. Continue beating until well mixed. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
Bake at 300 degrees until center is set, about 45 min. Do not over bake.
