Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tsp salt
    1/2C diced onion
    32 oz bottle low sodium v8
    1 1/2 c canned corn
    1 1/2 c pinto beans
    1 1/2 c kidney beans
    1 1/2 c refried beans
    1/2 c diced green chiles
    1/2 c diced bell pepper
    1 c diced zucchini
    1 Tb chili powder or to taste
    1 tsp ground cumin.

Directions

brown the turkey with onions and salt. add v8, vegetables, and spices stir and simmer for 30 min.

Serving Size: 1 1/2 cup of soup
