Ingredients

    1.25 # of ground turkey
    2 medium carrots
    1 orange pepper
    1 can pumpkin
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can light coconut milk
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Fresh Sweet Onion (.5 Medium Raw)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder

Directions

brown onion and ground turkey in a dutch oven and then add the remaining ingredients. Cook on stove top for 30 minutes.
