Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Brown ground turkey then rinse with hot water to remoove fat , sset aside
    Chop the thawed string beans, rinse. & sre aside
    Measure 3.5 cups salsa
    Measure 2 cups shredded colby and cheddar cheese
    Mix all above ingredients then set aside
    Cut 9 peppers in half removing seeds & membrains. Wash and set in baking dishes.
    Fill each half with stuffing mix
    Put .25 inch water in each baking dish
    Clover with foil
    Bake for 1hour at 350 degrees.

Tips

You can add buttered bread crumbs to each half but remove foil and brown for an additional 10 minutes

Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees
