2 cups fat free milk
2 cups water
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups quick-cooking oats (not instant)
Directions
1- Whisk together pumpkin, milk, water, spices and salt in a large saucepan set over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil
