Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    1c green peppers sliced
    1 can Benita Mexican style corn
    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 jalapeno, seeded and sliced
    Specially Selected Pumpkin Chiptole sauce (24oz)
    3 servings (6oz) tri color rotini pasta
    1/2 c coarse chopped yellow onion
    1 T cumin

Tips

Add a salad for a lighter meal with a 1 cup serving of pasta. Works with any pasta.


Directions

Chop veggies and put water on to boil.
Brown ground beef with onions, green peppers and jalepenos. Drain. Add in corn, beans, and sauce. Simmer while pasta cooks. Mix all together.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings 2 cup each.
