Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    -1 Pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
    -1 Cup Onions Chopped
    -1 Cup Green Peppers Chopped
    -1 Cup Red Peppers Chopped
    -2 Cloves Garlic Finely Diced
    -2 Cans Chili style beans (hyvee brand)
    -1 Large Can (16oz) Crushed Tomatoes (any style)
    -1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    -2 Tbsp Chili powder
    -Cayanne Pepper to taste (*spicy I added 1 Tbsp)
    -Pepper to taste
    -2-4 Cups water depending on desired thickness

    *other options*
    -jalapenos
    -tabasco
    -italian seasoning
    -chipotle sauce

Directions

-In a pan, brown beef with garlic, onion and seasonings
-In a large Crock Pot add all ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 or 4
-I add in water at the end, but it can be added in the crock pot

**Makes 15 One Cup servings**
