Ingredients

2 TBSP Honey (I used local Snowberry Honey)
2 TBSP Old Style Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar that's been reduced to 1/3
1 TBSP Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze
1 TBSP Extra Virgin Californian Olive Oil
1 TBSP Hellman / Best Food'
1 TSP Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients together (fish no included in recipe as size varies and calorie counts with it). Put frozen salmon in an oven safe pan, skin side down. Coat fish top in glaze. Bake 12 minutes, put under broiler for 3 minutes. May be done sooner if thin fish, check temp after 10 minutes and decide if you need more time or the broiler step.

Serving Size: enough to cover 2 4-6oz salmon fillets
