Ingredients

6 cups black beans drained
2 c diced zucchini
2 c diced onion
2 c diced mushroom
2 c diced red pepper
3 c cooked brown rice
clove of garlic mashed up
2 TBP italian seasoning
3 eggs
1 cup shredded mozzerella
1/2 c parmesean
1 cup spaghetti sauce
Tips
preheat ovento 375, line sheets with either parchement paper or foil sprayed with cooking spray
Directions
saute diced up zucchini ,onion and mushrooms then add to mashed beans, diced raw red pepper, addall seasonings mix to combine then add rice, eggs, sauce and cheeses and mix til incorperated.if too soft may add more brown rice.chill if needed then use patty press to form burgers , recommend tp spray patty press to keep burger from sticking,place on sheets bake for approx 40 min(depending on thickness) flip over and give it another 15-20min to doneness prefered, this gets them kinda crispy
