Ingredients

    8-3 oz. cod loin portions
    6 cups water
    8 tbsp. salted butter
    1 cup stevia powder

Directions

Mix water and stevia powder. Add frozen cod loins and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. When boiling is complete, dry filets on a paper towel for a few minutes, then brush with melted butter and place under the broiler until lightly browned. Serve with remaining melted butter.
